1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product includes original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
  • In some locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Kailasaa.com only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests are accepted for damaged or defective products only
  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

b) Order Cancellation by Kailasaa.com

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
